01Is every UNEXTRA product certified organic?+
No. We use organic ingredients where they are meaningful and will state certification only where its scope can be substantiated. UNEXTRA does not use “organic” as a blanket claim that every ingredient or finished product is certified.
02Does natural mean safer?+
Not automatically. Safety depends on the ingredient, concentration, formulation, exposure and available evidence. Natural and synthetic ingredients both require appropriate assessment.
03Is UNEXTRA doctor-formulated?+
UNEXTRA was founded by aesthetic doctor Dr Low Chai Ling and follows a clinically disciplined formulation brief. Products undergo the relevant manufacturer, stability, microbiological and market-specific requirements before sale.
04How are product claims determined?+
Ingredient, performance and protection claims must be supported by the applicable formulation documentation, testing and market review. The product packaging and purchase page carry the information relevant to the product sold.
05Will the sunscreen have an SPF rating?+
The packaging and product page state the tested protection rating applicable to the sunscreen sold in each market. SPF, broad-spectrum, PA and water-resistance language must reflect the relevant testing.
06Why is UN/05 aluminium-free?+
UN/05 is designed as a deodorant rather than an antiperspirant. This is a formulation and product-format choice—not a claim that aluminium-containing antiperspirants cause cancer.
